Returns

Returns are easy. Simply give us a call 803-834-3877 and we will discuss the problem with you. If we can't resolve the issue we will assign you a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so you can return the product for a refund or exchange. (note: The product must be in like-new condition and shipped in the original packing material.
Key elements of our return policy:
1. You must call and get a RMA number. Please do not simply return the items on your own. We have specific policies with regard to shipping standards and insurance that you must adhere to.
2. The product must be in like-new condition and shipped in the original packing material.
3. Your refund will be for the purchase price only, no refunds on shipping.
4. A 15% restocking fee will be accessed against the purchase price.
5. We cannot accept returns after 30-days.
Items that are returned due to postal problems 1. If your package is returned to us because you did not pick it up from the post office, you will have to pay the shipping charges for us to re-ship it.
2. If you do not want to pay the shipping charges or if you no longer want the order, we will only refund the purchase price of the order. We will not refund the shipping charges.
